Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Atlas Air. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer accounts.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $51,500-$69,000 per year.
