Position Overview
As a Client Services Representative II, you will operate under limited supervision, addressing inquiries from policyholders and agents with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Process updates for beneficiary changes, address modifications, and requests for forms into the database.
- Manage policy provisions, alterations, reinstatements, and withdrawal histories.
- Ensure adherence to company standards while maintaining customer files.
- Handle customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring resolution of outstanding issues.
- Calculate cash values, premium adjustments, loan balances, and other relevant financial figures as needed.
- Provide support for CSR III's during peak times.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of tax regulations related to distributions and modifications of annuity and life policies.
- Proficient in performing complex manual calculations.
- Strong organizational abilities and a demonstrated aptitude for public interaction.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in keyboarding.
- Comprehensive understanding of NWL products or similar offerings.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 3 years in a call center customer service or administrative role in a fast-paced environment; or an Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications
- None required, but completion of LOMA insurance courses I and II is expected within the first year of employment.

Work Environment
This role is situated in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Regular attendance is essential, and overtime may be necessary during busy periods. The position requires frequent use of hands for handling tasks and effective communication.
