Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, effective, and professional communication with clients, colleagues, correspondents, and jurisdiction personnel.
  • Utilize various systems to create transactions and manage different aspects of orders for processing.
  • Prepare proposals for clients, detailing fees and expected turnaround times.
  • Access public record databases to obtain publicly recorded documents and conduct research on filed documents.
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings while adhering closely to applicable rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records throughout transactions to ensure precise outcomes and invoicing.
  • Acquire and uphold a Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) identification number.
  • Submit Beneficial Ownership Information Reports to FinCEN.

Candidate Profile:

  • Industry Experience: Proven expertise in processing orders related to corporate public record filings.
  • Preferred Background: Familiarity with nationwide corporate public record filings.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, demonstrating keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new tools and learn processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Coachable Attitude: Openness to instruction and training, with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Positive Mindset: A courteous and respectful approach to customer service, especially in challenging situations.
  • Team Orientation: Capability to work collaboratively and independently, supporting peers while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Reliability: Consistent availability during business hours and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe PDF documents.
  • Office Environment: Ability to remain stationary for a significant portion of the workday.
