Position Overview
As a Culinary Services Associate II, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the Food Service Department. You will assist in serving meals, operating the cash register, and ensuring cleanliness within the kitchen environment. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service to all customers, including patients and cafeteria visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve meals to cafeteria patrons while maintaining knowledge of menu items and ingredients to address customer inquiries.
- Prepare food items for service, ensuring proper labeling and temperature control.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by following established procedures for food handling and hygiene.
- Perform dishwashing duties and manage waste disposal effectively.
- Operate the cash register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
