Role Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to join our elite team of mortgage professionals. You will receive comprehensive training and support, including coverage of all licensing and training expenses. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients nationwide, presenting and selling tailored financial solutions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain necessary licensing with our support, including paid training and coverage of all fees.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every client.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Guide clients through the home buying or refinancing process.
  • Educate clients on effective mortgage management strategies.
  • Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Successful completion of the SAFE/UST Licensing Exam.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment while remaining competitive and receptive to coaching.
  • A desire to advance your sales career.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and schedules.
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
