Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for motivated sales professionals eager to embark on a journey to become Licensed Loan Officers. Our extensive PAID training program is designed to equip candidates with the tools and resources necessary to excel in this role, with earning potential exceeding $100,000. Our mission is to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their mortgage experience.
Training Details:
During the initial training phase, candidates will have the opportunity to work part-time, committing to a minimum of 15 hours per week. Following this, participants will transition into a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

- Manage an unlimited influx of inbound leads.
- Engage in training and study to obtain a Loan Officer license.
- Collaborate closely with clients, customer service representatives, loan officers, underwriters, and processors.
- Process applications, conduct credit checks, and familiarize oneself with CrossCountry Mortgage's internal loan origination system (Encompass).
- Develop strategies for client retention and follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador for CrossCountry Mortgage, promoting our services as a preferred lender.
- Learn and effectively utilize various in-house systems at CrossCountry Mortgage.
- Prior experience in a call center is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of lead management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
