Compensation and Benefits:

Position Overview:
We are in search of motivated sales professionals eager to embark on a journey to become Licensed Loan Officers. Our extensive PAID training program equips candidates with the necessary tools and resources to excel in this role, with earning potential exceeding $100,000. Our commitment is to ensure that every customer enjoys a remarkable experience with our services.
During the training phase, candidates will have the opportunity to work part-time, committing to a minimum of 15 hours weekly. Following the training, full-time hours will be expected at 40 hours per week.

- Manage UNLIMITED inbound leads.
- Engage in training and study to obtain a loan officer license.
- Collaborate closely with clients, customer service representatives, loan officers, underwriters, and processors.
- Process applications, conduct credit checks, and familiarize oneself with CrossCountry Mortgage's internal loan origination system (Encompass).
- Develop strategies for client retention and follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador for CrossCountry Mortgage, promoting our services as a preferred lender.
- Learn and utilize various internal systems at CrossCountry Mortgage.
- Preferred experience in a call center environment.
- Experience in lead generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of lead management.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
