Position Overview:
The Loan Administrator / Customer Service Representative III will play a crucial role in our Retail Branch, assisting clients with various banking transactions. This position involves working collaboratively within a team to ensure excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the opening of various deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
- Processing applications for Equity Lines and loans while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of recent experience as a Retail Bank Teller.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail banking environment, specifically with new account openings and Equity loan applications.
- Experience with conventional first mortgages is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including a professional demeanor and effective communication abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
