Marketing Director

The National Fair Housing Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that promote our organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness of fair housing and fair lending issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple digital and print platforms.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, platforms, and industry best practices to enhance our digital presence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or communications, or professional equivalent.
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing and communications.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative marketing content and materials that resonate with audiences while advancing organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive content development across platforms, as well as experience leveraging various digital platforms to advance organizational priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to represent the National Fair Housing Alliance professionally and authentically.
What We Offer
The National Fair Housing Alliance offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer 100% paid health, vision, and dental coverage for employees and family, 100% paid life, long-term disability, and long-term care insurance, and a generous employer contribution to the 403(b) retirement benefit plan. Additionally, we offer comprehensive paid time off benefits, including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
