Director of Sales and Marketing

Remington is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Establish and execute an effective outside sales program to drive revenue growth.
  • Direct internal servicing of groups to ensure seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop sales and marketing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong business communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with hotel management and sales staff.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Some travel may be required to attend industry events and meetings.
