Job Title: Director of Marketing & Sales

We're seeking a creative and strategic Director of Marketing & Sales to join our growing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand recognition, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CYM's brand marketing strategy, including public relations, content, partnerships, and events.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on marketing, sales, and customer experience performance metrics.
  • Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve high-performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience leading marketing and sales teams/functions in the food, hospitality, retail, or CPG industries.
  • Proven track record of creative storytelling and brand building.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Experience managing a team of 5+ people towards high-performance achievements.
