Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team at The Morrow Hotel Washington, DC Curio Collection by Hilton. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the hotel's brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on hotel marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
