Job Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing NFHA's marketing initiatives, including national public service advertising campaigns and digital communications. This role will work closely with the communications team and other departments to shape the organization's brand position and promote fair housing messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NFHA's mission and goals
  • Manage national media campaigns, including coordination with subcontractors and creative development of campaign materials
  • Develop and implement digital communications strategies to engage audiences and promote fair housing messaging
  • Provide communications planning and execution for NFHA events and conferences
  • Collaborate with the communications team and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand position and messaging
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated record of creating and executing innovative marketing content and materials
  • Knowledge of comprehensive content development across platforms and experience leveraging digital platforms to advance organizational priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
