Job Title: Director of Marketing and SalesWe're seeking a creative and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Marketing and Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand recognition, and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead CYM's brand marketing strategy, including public relations, content, partnerships, and events.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Monitor and report on marketing, sales, and customer experience performance metrics.
- Lead a team of marketing and sales professionals to achieve high-performance metrics.
- At least 5 years of experience leading marketing and sales teams/functions in the food, hospitality, retail, or CPG industries.
- Proven track record of creative storytelling and brand building.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people towards high-performance achievements.
- Competitive base salary of $115k-$130K plus bonus opportunity.
