Director of Marketing Strategy

TD International is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a marketing vision that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize our digital presence, including our website, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS or service-based organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
TD International offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
