Market Director

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Managing Director to join our Institutional Asset Management (IAM) organization in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of experienced professionals in the Greater Washington DC and Virginia markets, responsible for sales, service, and investment solutions.
- Develop and execute business plans, manage P&L, AUM growth, and client retention.
- Participate in new business development and client service/retention activities.
- Serve as the face of PNC IAM in the community and interface with internal leaders.
- University/college degree, with higher education desirable.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.
- Competitive base salary: $100,269.00.
- Incentive eligibility with payment based on company, business, and individual performance.

- Up to 11 paid holidays, 8 occasional absence days, and 15-25 vacation days per year.
