About the Role:
As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Chief Development Officer will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and leading our fundraising efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to join a dynamic and innovative organization and make a meaningful impact in the world of opera.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans that align with OP's artistic and strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, board members, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Manage a significant portfolio of donors and prospects, soliciting and closing major gifts to meet fundraising goals.

About You: We are looking for a highly experienced fundraising professional with a proven track record of success in securing large gifts from individuals and corporations. You should have exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to boards and stakeholders, and be able to think creatively and strategically to drive results.

Benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 and all employees enjoy a hybrid work environment, with in-office work two days a week.
