Your Role
As a Senior Account Executive at GLOBO Corporate, you'll join the New Business Sales Team in pursuit of our mission. You will bring competitive and innovative tactics to acquire New Logo and Enterprise Level customers and capitalize on sales potential. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, effective execution of solution demonstrations, preparing and presenting profitable pricing proposals, and meticulous management of CRM, best practices, and GLOBO's Sales Process.

Responsibilities
• Source your own Direct Sales New Logo Deals
• Develop and maintain GPO, Channel Sales, and Direct End User customer relationships.
• Achieve, at minimum, an OTE (on-target earnings) New Business Sales Quota as determined by management
• Position the value of GLOBO's service offerings to large and strategic accounts businesses
• Develop a deep understanding of GLOBO, our capabilities, and the language services industry
• Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how GLOBO can grow their business
• Manage a true and robust pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
• Qualify prospects' business goals to determine if GLOBO can be a strategic investment for their business' growth, all through consistent application of our Winning By Design Sales processes.
• Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn, including posting articles and making comments on target prospects' posts
• Provide meaningful input into Outbound sales proposals
• Update and maintain Hubspot in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 to 10 years of B2B, technical SaaS Enterprise Sales Experience, preferably with at least 5 years of Language Solutions experience
• At least 3 years of the above experience must be in a Senior Account Executive role with an emphasis on hunting new logos
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
• Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
• Willingness to submit to any requested background checks
• Fluent in English
