Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing business relationships and establish new partnerships with national accounts in the water treatment industry.
- Broaden product knowledge and stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, engineering teams, and customers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data within Salesforce and contribute to achieving quarterly sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of commercial strategies.
- Deliver regular market insights and sales reports to the management team as required.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the water treatment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of RO membrane elements and water treatment technologies.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP.
