Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers through daily calls to close sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts and completing their purchases.
  • Contribute to monthly revenue goals by driving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Attend daily morning meetings and maintain accurate CRM systems.
  • Manage team and administrative tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in product-driven sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Is passionate about the automotive industry and has a deep understanding of its trends and challenges.
  • Is comfortable working in-person at our South San Francisco facility.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary is $48,750 per year, with commission ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on performance. The on-target earnings (OTE) are between $78,000 and $98,000 per year, with top earners making $120,000 to $150,000. The position also includes PTO, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits.
