About the Role

As a Human Resource Coordinator at Frontier Management (OR), you will play a vital role in facilitating the human resource processes at the agency level. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks that support the hiring process, new employee orientation, annual evaluations, competency training, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years of related work experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and technology.
