CNI Electric Inc. is in search of a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to our General Manager and Office Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Assist the General Manager in preparing estimates and managing complex daily tasks.
- Oversee and monitor employee progress to align with company objectives.
- Gather and relay necessary information from field personnel, suppliers, and clients to facilitate accurate billing and timely reporting.
- Maintain communication with suppliers regarding order updates and material procurement.
- Support the office team and field staff in their daily functions.
- Organize and manage the daily schedules of employees.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong data entry and spreadsheet management capabilities.
- Self-motivation, organization, and punctuality.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- A professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Pay rate is commensurate with experience.
Working HoursStandard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
