Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Benefits Specialist to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the employee benefits and the DATIS E3 HR program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Process all types of payroll changes, including terminations, new hires, promotions, and benefits enrollments for all eligible staff monthly.
  • Benefits Support: Provide assistance to staff on any benefits questions or matters, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with plan regulations.
  • ACA Compliance: Maintain ACA compliance and audits, send letters to eligible staff every month, and keep copies for records.
  • Benefits Back-up: Provide back-up support for benefits, workers' compensation, and family and medical leave areas.
Requirements
  • Background Clearance: Level II background clearance is required.
  • Driver's License: Acceptable motor vehicle registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
  • Education: Associates or bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: One year of experience in HR insurance benefits, workers' compensation, and payroll/human resources software programs, such as ADP.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be able to be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
