Position: Outside sales representative

Our commitment to excellent service and top-notch products has earned us a strong reputation in the industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales efforts

Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to clients, offering expert advice on building materials and solutions tailored to their needs.- Product Knowledge: Utilize your extensive background in building materials to educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies, including product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events.- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.

Qualifications: - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the lumber or building materials industry.- Strong understanding of building materials, including lumber, hardware, and other related products.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
