Position Summary:

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at EA, supported by a dedicated and enthusiastic group.
  • This role encompasses delivering strategic financial insights related to revenue, profit margins, forecasts, and reporting across both retail and digital markets in North America.
  • Collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams is essential, as the analyst will drive business outcomes through detailed analysis and continuously seek enhancements in forecasting and reporting methodologies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to fulfill financial and operational goals.
  • Conduct business reviews that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Take ownership of game revenue forecasting, delivering comprehensive analyses on performance factors and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Accounting team on financial closing activities and reporting requirements.
  • Promote ongoing improvements in forecasting and reporting tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA and CPA designation are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 4 years of financial experience, particularly with revenue-related knowledge, is preferred.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounting principles is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Tableau, and Oracle.
