RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:

El Especialista en Recursos Humanos será responsable de apoyar las funciones diarias del departamento de Recursos Humanos (RRHH), que incluyen, entre otras, la contratación y la entrevista de personal, la aplicación de políticas y prácticas de la empresa, y la alineación de los objetivos comerciales con los empleados y la dirección en las unidades de negocio designadas. Este puesto establece asociaciones en toda la función de RRHH para ofrecer un servicio de valor añadido a la dirección y a los empleados que refleje los objetivos comerciales de la organización y apoye el crecimiento de los empleados.

Tareas:
  • Realiza reuniones semanales con las unidades de negocio, departamentos y empleados correspondientes.
  • Analiza tendencias y métricas en colaboración con el grupo de RRHH para desarrollar soluciones, programas y políticas.
  • Gestiona y resuelve problemas complejos de relaciones laborales. Realiza investigaciones efectivas, exhaustivas y objetivas.
  • Mantiene un conocimiento profundo de los requisitos legales relacionados con la gestión diaria de los empleados, reduciendo riesgos legales y asegurando el cumplimiento normativo. Colabora con el departamento legal según sea necesario.
  • Proporciona orientación sobre la gestión del rendimiento a la dirección (por ejemplo, coaching, asesoramiento, desarrollo profesional, acciones disciplinarias).
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con la dirección y los empleados para mejorar las relaciones laborales, fomentar la moral y aumentar la productividad y la retención.
  • Ofrece orientación e interpretación de políticas de RRHH.
  • Desarrolla términos contractuales para nuevas contrataciones, promociones y transferencias.
  • Recluta, entrevista y facilita la contratación de candidatos calificados para puestos vacantes; colabora con los gerentes departamentales para comprender las habilidades y competencias requeridas para las vacantes.
  • Realiza o adquiere verificaciones de antecedentes y verificaciones de elegibilidad de empleados.
  • Implementa programas de orientación para nuevos empleados y de reconocimiento de empleados.
  • Maneja consultas relacionadas con el empleo de solicitantes, empleados y supervisores, refiriendo asuntos complejos y/o sensibles al personal adecuado.
  • Asiste y participa en reuniones disciplinarias de empleados, despidos e investigaciones.
  • Mantiene conocimiento de tendencias, mejores prácticas, cambios regulatorios y nuevas tecnologías en recursos humanos, gestión del talento y legislación laboral.
REQUISITOS
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia apoyando funciones generales de RRHH, así como resolviendo desafíos complejos de empleados.
  • Conocimiento práctico de múltiples disciplinas de recursos humanos, incluyendo diagnóstico organizacional, relaciones laborales, diversidad y equidad, gestión del rendimiento, sistemas de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y leyes laborales federales y estatales respectivas.
  • Se prefiere título universitario (Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas).
  • Certificación de Profesional Certificado por SHRM (SHRM-CP) o Profesional Certificado Senior por SHRM (SHRM-SCP) o capacidad para obtener la certificación dentro del primer año de empleo.
