Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, participants, employees, and community members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage phone communications, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and addressing inquiries.
- Organize and maintain the meeting room schedule for the Employment Center.
- Provide information and respond to HR-related questions from all employees.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Administer assigned Human Resource tasks effectively.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Trustworthy in handling confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably with a multi-line phone system.
Physical and Emotional Demands:

- Regularly perform computer operations and engage in manual tasks.
