Position Summary:
This role is essential in providing support to our human resources and administrative teams through various daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of human resources and administrative functions.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of necessary materials and orientation assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all HR activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and employee recognition activities.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
  • Provide clerical support to the office staff as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $36,000 - $40,000 annually, based on experience, with a yearly longevity bonus.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in human resources or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR records.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dependable, organized, and efficient in task management.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
