Job Description
As Head of IVF Development and Expansion, you will be responsible for leading the development and expansion of our In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) business. This includes overseeing all aspects of the IVF business, including sales excellence, relationship building at the C-suite level, external vendor relationships, and market development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success as a business leader, with experience in leadership & management, product management, sales & market development, and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop a compelling user experience and product roadmap for IVF.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the IVF business.
  • Implement market development programs to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives of major IVF networks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Natera offers a competitive salary range of $228,300—$342,500 USD per year, based on experience.
