Director of IVF Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to lead our In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) division. As Director of IVF Business Growth, you will oversee all aspects of the IVF business, including sales excellence, relationship building at the C-suite level, external vendor relationships, and market development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success as a business leader, with experience in leadership & management, product management, sales & market development, and relationship building.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IVF business.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee the management of clinical trials to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Oversee IVF tailored Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales with the ultimate goal of improving market share.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation. Lead a cross-functional team which will include a mix of direct and matrixed reports across Product, Medical, Marketing and Sales.
Natera offers a competitive salary range of $228,300—$342,500 USD per year, based on experience.
