Position Overview

Halvik is in search of a proactive executive to spearhead our growth initiatives within the DOT/FAA sector. The successful candidate will take charge of crafting and implementing the strategic plan for our DOT account, which encompasses the FAA. This role involves nurturing and expanding a well-established portfolio at DOT, comprising over 40 contracts and significant task orders awarded in recent years, amounting to $140M in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong customer relationships to uncover additional opportunities within the client ecosystem.
  • Formulate Account Strategies and Plans that align with Halvik's overarching objectives to drive sustained growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues through comprehensive strategic planning, capture initiatives, and proposal development.
  • Oversee the DOT/FAA opportunity pipeline, monitoring key health metrics to ensure ongoing growth.
  • Assess and report on Account performance against critical KPIs, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability enhancement, and talent development.
  • Present insights to clients, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to elevate awareness of Halvik's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to guarantee successful project execution within the Account.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal protocols, policies, and relevant industry standards across the account.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 10+ years in supporting government contracts and clientele.
  • In-depth understanding of the FAA ecosystem, acquired through direct experience as an employee or contractor.
  • Over 10 years of experience leading high-performing federal services teams or as a federal employee.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience managing the complete life cycle of opportunities from capture to final award, including capture planning, proposal development, and bid negotiations, or 5 years of direct experience in a senior leadership role at the FAA.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing account strategies and tactics to successfully enhance an account.
  • Hands-on delivery experience, ensuring tasks are performed on schedule, within budget, and meeting all program requirements.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse skill sets.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for Public Trust Clearance.
