This role demands expertise in admission inquiry handling, professional outreach strategies, and event coordination, with a focus on delivering top-tier concierge service to prospective families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to digital leads, inquiries, and applications from prospective families, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to cultivate professional referrals and partnerships within the community, driving growth and expansion.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee admissions events, including open houses, campus tours, and information sessions, to showcase Fusion Academy's unique offerings.
- Conduct informational calls with prospective families to assess fit and provide guidance on Fusion Academy programs, fostering lasting engagement.
- Collaborate with administrators and staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students and their families, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions data, including applicant information, communications, and enrollment statistics, to inform decision making and improve performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in admissions and enrollment management, to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Will Own:
- Ownership of the local campus enrollment targets and metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers, driving growth and expansion.
- Responsibility for developing and executing comprehensive outreach strategies to meet or exceed enrollment goals, leveraging expertise and resources.
- Management of the marketing budget, including allocation of resources for outreach efforts, events, and promotional materials, to maximize impact.
- Cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective families, educational consultants, community professionals, and feeder schools, to build a strong network.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and materials to attract and engage prospective families, showcasing Fusion Academy's unique value proposition.
- Regular analysis and reporting on admissions performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, to inform decision making and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in education, marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in admissions and enrollment management.
- Previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, outreach, sales, or related field, preferably in an educational setting, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Strong understanding of admissions processes and best practices, including lead generation, inquiry management, and event coordination, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and effectively represent Fusion Academy.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to inform decision making and improve performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, with the ability to leverage technology to drive growth and efficiency.
