**Job Summary**

Vets Hired is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Business Development and Growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our clients to drive business growth and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and recommend client-specific account strategies and goals, with a focus on building strong relationships with healthcare agencies and organizations.
  • Create and implement strategic and tactical plans to support client engagement and drive business growth, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the field, providing guidance and leadership on our company's strategy-to-action plans and assisting in achieving key milestones and driving growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and support the capture and closure of business opportunities in collaboration with our business and capture teams.
  • Act as a customer advocate, identifying mission needs and representing the customer's perspective to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Promote our company's capabilities to potential clients and partners, highlighting our expertise and value proposition.
  • Support overall strategic planning and align our pursuits and capture activities with our business development metrics for awards, submissions, and pipeline.
  • Conduct market research, including analyzing customer preferences, competitive analysis, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of incumbent contractors.

  • Proven track record of success in business development and strategic partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
