Summer Associate Internship: Drive Innovation and Growth

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associate to join our Debit Card Analytics & Strategy team. As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and assess market information related to stakeholders within the payments ecosystem to support business goals and drive innovation, growth, and efficiencies.
- Develop business cases to support findings and recommendations.
- Develop and present proposals on findings from analysis and research to all levels of management.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Experience with analysis, data manipulation, and research.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others across varying business units and independently.
- Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills.
- Product management experience and/or basic knowledge of financial services/payments a plus.
