Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team at RHP Properties' Portside at the Beach community in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing community office files, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities-
* Greet customers with a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service
* Answer office telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing requested information for telephone inquiries
* Develop and maintain community relationships through effective communication and collaboration
* Utilize Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, reports, and presentations
* Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program and maintaining accurate records

Requirements
* A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
