About the Role

We are currently hiring for a local office to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This role will involve answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person, as well as handling customer inquiries.

As an experienced administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the office manager, utilizing your expertise in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop to manage office administration and accounting tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant personnel.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop. Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable is preferred but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
