As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating departmental activities to ensure alignment with national standards and administrative policies.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial reports for assigned cost centers, analyze variances, and develop action plans to address discrepancies.
- Budgeting: Assist in the development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and expenses.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of departmental strategic plans, including short-term and long-term objectives, and collaborate with leadership to evaluate new program initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluation tools to measure clinical contracts and quarterly performance indicator reports.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) or MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: 5 years Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Required) and 3 years progressive financial analytics and data modeling (Preferred)
- Skills: Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and judgment in managing competing demands and workload; analytical ability sufficient to evaluate data, make judgments, and provide recommendations and action plans.
