Job Title: Change Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Director to join our team at Unified Business Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business process re-engineering and technical skills to support government organization initiatives.

The Change Management Director will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies aligned with organizational goals. This includes collaborating with senior leaders and project teams to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage tasks, projects, and workstreams for change management efforts
  • Plan and execute organizational change management (OCM) activities
  • Apply change management methodologies, communication planning, and stakeholder analyses
  • Develop communication, change management, and/or training plans and materials
  • Oversee or monitor the execution of plans to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations
Requirements:
  • T3/Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management
  • Strong organizational and technical skills
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale change initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
