Position Overview:
As a Senior National Account Manager at ARI (Axcel Recruiting Inc.), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our esteemed consumer health products. About the Role:
This position involves managing key relationships and executing strategic initiatives within the Personal Care, Nutritional, HBC, and OTC sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in navigating the complexities of account management, ensuring that our brands are positioned effectively in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned volume, profit, and market share targets, along with budget management.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships to create innovative solutions that address customer needs, thereby driving sales performance and achieving organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to fellow sales professionals, ensuring excellence in retail service management.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated success in account leadership, particularly with major retail accounts.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales, competitive, and retail data to enhance brand positioning and sales potential.
- Extensive knowledge of the categories and channels relevant to sales operations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Marketing, specifically in personal care.
- At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Planning, or Marketing is preferred.
- Exceptional people management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong strategic planning and business management skills, including problem-solving, sales forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and execute ideas effectively.
