- Achieving and surpassing sales objectives through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing methods.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the sales journey and thereafter.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Driven by goals with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with insurance products and industry standards (training will be provided).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Appropriate state insurance license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
