Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for working with seniors.
  • Licensure as an Administrator in the relevant state.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Director or Administrator is preferred.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • A proven track record of managing annual operating expenses exceeding $1M.
  • Background in sales or business development, with skills in relationship building and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in facilitating group presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software applications.
