- Licensure as an Administrator in the relevant state.
- Prior experience as an Executive Director or Administrator is preferred.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- A proven track record of managing annual operating expenses exceeding $1M.
- Background in sales or business development, with skills in relationship building and revenue optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in facilitating group presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software applications.
