Exciting opportunity for an Intake Coordinator. Work Ready offers a wide range of employment-focused services to individuals receiving Public Assistance benefits, particularly those needing assistance in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.

This position, based in our Work Ready office, provides a flexible and hybrid work environment. It is a full-time role, requiring 35 hours of work each week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process referrals within a 14-day timeframe.
  • Record initial interactions with clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all case management and counseling sessions. Enter all data into the JEVS/WR database.
  • Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of all client information, including electronic and physical records.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Staff to create, prepare, and finalize Service Plans.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Preferred experience of 2 years in a relevant field.
  • Possession of a car is preferred; extensive travel within urban areas is necessary.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

The salary for this role ranges from $35,000 to $47,500, influenced by factors such as experience and skills. This base salary is part of the Total Compensation package provided by JEVS Human Services to recognize employee contributions.
