Bilingual Client Intake Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for a Client Intake Coordinator. JEVS Human Services offers a wide range of employment-focused services for individuals receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those needing assistance in overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.
This full-time position, based in a flexible and hybrid work environment, entails 35 hours of work per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process client referrals within the designated time frame.
- Record initial interactions with clients accurately.
- Keep precise and timely documentation of all case management and counseling sessions, ensuring all data is entered into the appropriate database.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all client information, whether electronic or physical.
- Collaborate with Clinical Staff to formulate, prepare, and finalize Service Plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree required.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Preferred experience of 2 years in a relevant field.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred, with significant travel within urban areas.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.

The salary range for this role is between $35,000 and $47,500, influenced by skills and experience.
