About the Role

We're seeking experienced and ambitious sales professionals who are commission-driven and ready to build a book of business in the logistics industry.

As a Logistics Account Executive, you'll be the single point of contact between customers and carriers, responsible for acquiring and managing a book of business for each customer's transportation needs 24/7/365.

About the Position

Position: Logistics Account Executive

Location: On-site

Status: Full-Time

Base Salary: TBD + Unmatched & Uncapped commission at 25% & 35%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.
  • Proactively make daily calls to find, close, and establish growing relationships with customers to build your book of business from the ground up.
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to manage daily shipments to ensure pickup and delivery is on time, 24/7/365.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Be on time, have a strong work ethic, and be coachable.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • A college degree is preferred but not necessary to be a successful sales representative.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally.
