About the Role

Penske Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business models and unique challenges.
  • Design and implement customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Accurately track and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating profitable revenue growth and retaining existing customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, products, and services, with a strong attention to detail and confident decision-making skills.
