Position: Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

Role Summary:

We are a seasoned, tech-savvy logistics organization. Our team, spearheaded by a top-tier logistics broker, is strategically assembled and possesses vast experience in leading major players across trucking, supply chain management, transportation technology, and manufacturing sectors.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Enterprise accounts and act as the primary contact for resolving issues
  • Collaborate with pricing teams and sales leaders to drive account growth through RFPs
  • Cultivate new and enhance existing customer relationships, focusing on account expansion and operational efficiency
  • Conduct monthly QBRs with assigned accounts alongside Customer Sales and Strategy leadership
  • Establish strong connections with shipper contacts, from warehouse personnel to Directors of Transportation
  • Identify and propose enhancements to our service offerings, value propositions, and sales strategies
  • Utilize our advanced technology platform to its fullest potential
  • Lead a team of Operations Specialists and Account Growth Managers to meet KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new business from current clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in supply chain, sales, operations, or customer service, with a minimum of 3-5 years in logistics
  • Demonstrated history of high performance and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in supply chain, logistics, or a sales-related field
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts within 3PL environments
