Position Details

  • Role: Sales Executive in Logistics Solutions
  • Work Environment: On-site

  • Compensation: To Be Determined + Uncapped commission structure ranging from 25% to 35%

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Meet sales and revenue objectives through strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct 75 proactive calls daily to foster and maintain customer relationships for business expansion.
  • Negotiate effectively with shippers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to start work promptly at 7:00 AM.
  • High energy levels and a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Determination to expand your client base through dedicated effort.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A passion for success and delivering outstanding customer service.
