Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to our GTM model to attain overall company strategic and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across the organization to successfully close business by developing customer-centric solutions based on the specific needs of the customer.
  • Manage a complex sales process from initial customer contact through product delivery and post-sales support.
  • Develop a consistent and growing revenue stream for products and services within the assigned countries/regions.
  • Drive sales through direct engagement also via channel partners and motivate virtual team members to provide the best sales and service on customer accounts.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our products and represent the company and products during key customer presentations and industry events.
  • Manage CRM to desired KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing large accounts and selling services and solutions (media and entertainment video workflows, video streaming, broadcast and terrestrial solutions preferred).
  • Proven track record in developing relationships with end-user and channel partners, including experience in closing large technology or service deals.
  • Solid business and technical acumen/analytical skills, including pipeline/forecast management and ability to effectively understand and articulate customer's business and key drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently at the executive level.
  • Established market contacts with the sale territory preferred.
  • Cloud sales experience an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel.
  • Must be results-driven and customer-focused.
