Software Sales, Account Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT VPs, and Directors of Enterprise Reporting to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead product demos and sales meetings to showcase our SaaS Enterprise Reporting solution and close deals.
  • Utilize software technology to run targeted drip campaigns and sequencing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Reporting software and its applications in the market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Target Compensation: $125-140,000 + bonus for OTE ($200k+)
