Position Overview:
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by leading all aspects of our sales initiatives. The primary objective of this role is to achieve high resident occupancy rates by providing strategic direction, developing effective sales strategies, and guiding a team of skilled sales professionals. As a leader, you will embody the values of Frontier Senior Living, promoting professionalism, respect, and a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Ensure successful execution across all senior living communities.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales effectiveness. Regularly analyze data, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable plans to address gaps.
  • Market Engagement: Conduct market analysis, including demographic studies and industry trends, to identify growth opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, local organizations, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in senior living sales or a related industry, with strong knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel 80-85% of the time, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
